2006-2007 Pack 167 Cub Scout Calendar
This is a printable list of events we have planned for the 2006-2007 year as of Sept 2006. Please be aware that the most up to date calendar we have is located on the website under the Events Calendar selection. The web based one is updated weekly to reflect the current state of all events we have planned, contacts for those events and any changes to a event will be found there.
Pack 167 Internet Website Policy
This is our written policy on what and how your childs name and potential image (based on state of your signed photo release) can be used on the website.
Pack 167 Photo Release
This photo release is required to be signed by a parent or gardian of each and every scout. Our release allows you to determine what level use we are allowed with a photo of your child, this includes if you do NOT want us to use any photo of your child. You can also use this form to change the level of use.
Pack 167 Adult Information Form
This form is used to collect information (not on the registration form) on a scout’s parent or guardian, which is very useful for the Pack, as well as allowing you to drive scouts to an event, should you chooses to do so.
Adult Volunteer And Talent Survey
This form is used to collect information on a scout’s parent or guardian and the talents that they might have that can help us all out. Your son’s Cub Scout experience will only be as good as the amount of time parent volunteers devote to it. Every one of us running the Scouting program is a Parent volunteer.
Pack 167 Campership Funds Request Form (Updated 1/18/2008)
So you son sold a lot of popcorn and now he wants to get some supplies for camping or even go to camp? This is the form for you. You fill out this form when you want to use campership money your scout has in his account for a event or as re-imbursement for a already paid expense that is Pack and/or Camp related. This form has been updated so that you can now enter most of the information electronically by just clicking on the fields and typing the information in, then print it for easier information transfer.
Class 3 Health and Medical Form for Resident Camps
Any Scout, Leader or Parent who is attending the Cub Resident or Webelos Resident camp MUST fill out this form to attend camp. Scouts need to have had a physical within the last 30 months (Scouts can use this for for up to 3 years).
Parents and Leaders whom are 40 or over Must have a physical and this form filled out EVERY YEAR, otherwise every other year (Assuming you still have last years form).
THIS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND BROUGHT WITH YOU FOR CAMP CHECK IN!
2008 Darian Lake Scouting offer
Darian Lake this year has again offered discount tickets to all scouts from June 20th through July 3rd, 2008. The cost is $14.99 per ticket. If you are interested here is the order form where you can mail it into the Finger Lakes Council office they will mail you back tickets in return.
2008 Seabreeze Scouting offer
Seabreeze this year has again offered discount tickets to all scouts from June 14th through June 29th, 2008. The cost is $16 per ticket instead of $22.99. If you are interested here is the order form where you can mail it into Otetiana Council and as of May 12th they will mail you back tickets in return. Once they are gone, they are gone.
Leader Forms
Pack 167 Leader Funds Request Form (Updated 1/5/2007)
This is the form leaders need to request re-imbursement of funds spent on a Pack/Den function. This is the same form as the Campership form now just check the right boxes. See the form for full details.
Winderness First Aid Training June 27 - 28, 2008 @ Babcock Hovey
This is the form you need to fill out and send in if you are interested in getting your First Aid training. This Training will also focus on First Aid when help is delayed. It covers everything for basic First aid along with more detailed information on how to handle things when you can't get EMS support quickly and what to do about it. See the form for full details.
Roseland Group Scout offer
If somebody is interested in selecting a date and getting a group together here is the form to ORDER tickets from Roseland. Payment must be send in atleast one week in advance using a Pack check to qualify for the discounts.
Dates: July 12 - 18 and Aug 8 - 15th
